During a heavy rainstorm, a woman discovers a strange creature hanging around on the street. To find shelter, the being offers her an umbrella and pleads for a place to stay. Mesmerized by its resourcefulness, the lady takes in the dog-like being and embarks on a lifelong adventure as companions.
